Every "student" needs to be known, greeted, cared for -Love in action goes to their "world"

1. Commitment to Personal Spiritual Maturity


-We can't expect students to mature in their faith if we aren't


2. Commitment to Staff Support and Unity


-Quickly resolve conflicts -Support HS Leadership and all-church decisions -Acceptance and nurturing of new staff


3. Commitment to Consistency


-Attendance at programs that you have committed to -Non-negotiable, monthly volunteer staff meeting


4. Commitment to Relational Ministry


-Every "student" counts!


-Every "student" needs to be known, greeted, cared for -Love in action goes to their "world"

 

5. Commitment to HS Purpose, Values & Programs
